i am 47. i am tired of being heavy. i have a closet full of beautiful clothes that look terrible on me. i refuse to buy new, so i am determined to lose weight, be healthy and, fit in the lovely clothes i already own rather than wasting money on new.
i have 2 boys. 27 and 12. yes, i know, i didn't think that out to well. anyway they are both beautiful boys.
i am single and work different hours on almost a daily basis. so, planning ahead is crutial. i am 5'4" and have 26 pounds to lose.
always looking for buddies, especially ones with a sense of humor and/or snack tips for adkins induction. good luck to all!!
