2014: Well, it's weightloss diet # something. I don't remember anymore but I'm tired of being fat--not fitting in my clothes that I think I look good wearing it. Gained all the weight back that I lost last year and more, went up to 210 lbs through grief eating (dad and kitten passed away, brokeup with BF) and depression over winter. I'm better now and I'm motivated and the pressure is on--I need to get promoted--darn it!
So here we go for the VERY LAST TIME!

Previous Bio 2012:
I gained 50 lbs since I commissioned into the Army. It's been a real struggle to not gain weight. My hormones are all over the place, sick every month in the last two years (or it felt like it), and so stressed out I gave myself ulcers. I trained and ran 3 Half Marathons in 2011: Hill-Billy Half Marathon (March), Seattle Rock & Roll Half Marathon (June), and Race for a Soldier (October). I was on hCG diet for 3 months and lost 16 lbs and 12 inches overall. I felt great then I had a pregnancy scare which ended the hCG diet. Gained the weight back and then some, not from getting off the diet, but from the stress of my job and the VERY long hours (0600-1900 most days if I get lucky). The last additional 10-12 lbs was from living with my parents. Who knew parents can cause stress?
My goal is to do hCG with VLCD to lose 80 lbs this year. I want to see if I can go down to 110 lbs. I trained for half marathons last year and I did it. I'm also going to train for a marathon this year so the weight loss will help out a lot.
