I'm 26 and I live in Portland, Oregon. I am getting married in Feb. 2009 on the beautiful island of Jamaica to the man of my dreams. More than anything I want to be fit and confident on my wedding day. We're spending 5 days on a cruise through the caribbean with 30 of our close family and friends before our wedding day and I want it to be a great time where I'm not worrying about how I look in my bikini. I'm also hoping to lose the weight and be able to keep it off after the wedding so that when we decided to have a baby, I'll be healthier and more fit. I'm really open to any advice people have and I'm determinded to keep at it and NOT give up. I've done that too many times and each time I beat myself up more and more!
