I am 25 years old, married to my wonderful husband, Brent, and have two small kiddos - Ella (age 4) and Matthew (age 6). I have a very spoiled chihuahua named Rose, and I foster dogs for the local Humane Society. We currently have a foster named Lucy, and she is my daily running buddy! I want to keep her! :)
I never had a weight issue until having children. I had my fist baby very young, so I went from being an extremely active teenager, to being thrown into the real world, and not really knowing how to be active on my own! I have fluctuated up and down throughout the past 6 years, but have consistently gained 40 pounds in the last 6 months! YIKES!
So, I am ready to face the facts, and lose the weight the healthy way! I have realized that it only gets harder as I get older, and the only way I am going to lose weight is by eating healthy and exercising consistently.
GOALS:
-Weigh 175 by July 4, 2009
-Weigh 165 by August 1, 2009 (Ella's 5th birthday)
-Weigh 155 by September 11, 2009 (my 26th birthday)
-Weigh 140 by Thanksgiving 2009
-Weigh 135 by Christmas 2009
-Weigh 125 by Valentine's Day 2010!!!!
