I am a 28 ( this summer) year old woman with a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful boys. My boys are 6 and 3. I packed on a hundred pounds since having my children. I can never fully get the baby weight off. I have managed to lose 35 pounds over a year, but I want to lose another 40 to 60 before the summer. I am doing my own diet with calorie counting. I am trying to make a complete lifestyle change and this would be my first big step. I am looking for people just like me to share their advice, recipes, and support with me.
