Its been a tough road for me. I've been heavy my whole life. At one point as high as 267 lbs when I was 24 years old. Since I have been 28 I have actively tried/ succeeded/failed to keep weight off. Normally I have hovered in the 220-240 range. Up until about just about a year and a half ago when I decided I was no longer young and no longer happy being fat and unhealthy. Through a rock-solid diet and a ton of cardio I was able to get down to an obscene 175 lbs(20 lbs lower than I have ever been in my adult life). While doing so I lost a boatload of muscle. For the last 7 months I took the focus off the cardio and made an emphasis on weightlifting have gained 15 lbs. I have loose skin to deal with and still have some problem areas to address. Currently I am trying to lose 10 or more pounds of fat while trying gain some more muscle. It is now a lifetime mission. I won't ever let myself creep above 199lbs ever again. Currently I am about 190 lbs and probably under or a 10% bodyfat. Looking to be 185 and under 8% bf.
