My name is Kitty and I have struggled with food and weight my whole life.I am in my early to mid 20's (Im at the cut off mark for both). I have done diets before and I always seem to fall off the wagon. Very recently I not only hit the 200 mark but my mom also found out she has breast cancer. She has always been a larger women,especailly later on in life. I want to lose weight and maintain a heathly weight just from seeing first hand what a poor diet and lack of excerise can do to you. My biggest problem? I live alone and you know what I hate MOST about living alone. I binge eat, ALL THE TIME. That's the ONLY thing I miss about roomates, I couldn't binge eat when they were home becaues I always felt so embrassed to do it in front of them.
