I used to be a very active person (in high school) running was my passion. Since having children I have let myself go. I was able to hold steady around 200lbs. for the majority of my adult life. After my divorce I put my focus on my girls and gained more than 50lbs. I have been able to bring my weight down but I'm not happy. I am a 41yr old single father who splits time with my two daughters. I love my girls but, it's time to shift some of the focus to me.

I will be alternating between weights and cardio with a day of rest each week. Daily goal is to burn more calories than I consume. I love to cook so working with natural, fresh foods should help.

My goals are attainable.
My mind is clear.
A plan is being formulated.
