I am a full-time working mother with children keeping me busy with their sports. I work an office job all day and then run to and from basketball practices and games, etc. By the days end, I am exhausted and trying to eat dinner before 7PM is definitely a full challenge for me, but I am motivated to loose weight and I trying to stay focused on loosing that 1/2 lb a week or more through my new gym exercise and trying to be active a little more than just sitting. I also could use some new buddies!
