64 yo mother of five and grandmother to six (two step). I have lived in Alaska since 1995, but don't ski or snowboard. So, it was hard to keep up my walking exercise routine. I was 145 lbs when I arrived in the state and weighed at 220 lbs on April 30, 2010. I lost 55 lbs, but after my hysterectomy in 2013 I started putting weight back on Right now I am back up to 200. In the past year I started having more back problems, and then air travel at Christmas ruined my hip leaving me in pain still causing me to limp in the spring.mNow I need to lose the weight and bring my eating back to healthy and help reduce the load for my back and hip.
