Sometimes I can't believe I'm here. In college, I worked at a health spa, teaching aerobics, water aerobics, and yoga. A few years later I worked as a Diet Center counselor. I was really good at both jobs and I loved what I did, and I was always aware that I needed to be a good example and walk the talk.

So how'd I end up this size?

Well. I'm not going to STAY this size, that's for sure.

I am a writer. I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I love to read (it's a given when you write, I think) and listen to music. I sew, knit, cross-stitch, paint. I'm a wonderful and creative cook. I have so many things I want to do and love to do that one thing you will NEVER hear me say is that I am bored.

What you WILL hear me say is let's do this.
