I haven’t been logging my weight because I think my scale is different than the doc office. But I will say that it read 105 a week ago, which was my goal for 6/1. Since then, I have been on a free for all as far as my diet goes and I hate the way it makes me feel physically and mentally. Ever since I quit drinking alcohol in October, my sweet tooth is out of control. Any advice on how to satisfy the cravings without sending my hard work out the window is appreciated.
