Even though it says I am losing at a rate of 14 lbs per week, that is very inaccurate. My initial weight of 205 was taken a few days ago while I was at work so that was what I used as my starting weight. I'm happy to see it at 203, but I'm also sad to see it above 200 again because before christmas, I was 198. :o(
Oh well... it's a new week.
Off to the gym I go!
