...I'm having a fat day. Not that I'm overeating or having a cheat day, but that I feel fat. I constantly need to remind myself that even though I have off days like this, I have dropped twenty pounds from my heaviest, eleven from starting here on FS.
It's just agitating to put in so much work and effort and see such slow progress.

That very same feeling has prompted me change outfits as many as 15 times in one morning... Empathize greatly, hopefully it'll pass soon.
