Well - what are my feelings about this. I ate some extra but no way did I eat enough extra to deserve this. In fact when looking at my net calorie intake I was still in the negative range. I think I been challenged. This is a set back not a failure and I feel even more motivated to continue this diet and reach my goal and maintain it. I will be weighing in tomorrow and it will be below 127 that is for sure. In fact, I really do feel motivated. Don't know why but I feel like I thought I would when I hit 125. That was weird. I had been trying to break the weight barrier and get down to 125. When I did it I was not elated the way I thought I would be.

I am off to get my work done and get started on getting even with the scales.
