A quick "hello" this morning. I need to leave the office in 5 minutes to start my day. Since Monday I have been doing some Pilates everyday and have eaten well. I was ever so tempted to grab a burger and fries yesterday for lunch instead of the healthy lunch I packed but I resisted temptation.
I have not weighed and do not know when I will. I've been on the run from about 4 am to 9 pm everyday this week, which will continue until I review all the grant applications that are on my plate at the moment. I have 9 more to review and score by Sunday. It is extra money so that is good considering how quickly my husband spends it. LOL!!!
Eventually I do hope things settle down and I can get back into the routine of writing here. It does help when I do. I haven't been weighing or measuring food either but I have been focused primarily on protein and low carb veggies. That has to be good, right?
Thank you all for your patience. I do miss all of you and hope life is treating you well.
Well my five minutes are up. Pit stop and then off I go!!!

Good Morning Carol! Good job resisting that burger. I know how hard that is to do. You have been one busy lady lately. Me? I've been just dodging tornadoes, tropical storms and alligators. lol
