Day 12 of Insanity - Because it lifts my mood.

I'm now a fifth of the way through the Insanity programme and I feel so much better physically, mentally - I'm getting there, felt quite down yesterday, no particular reason for it but today is a new day.

Need to go food shopping - I usually hate this but my shopping list is the top 2 tiers of Michie's Ladder plus the cleaning and toiletry stuff so I haven't even had to think about what I neeed to buy. I've wrote a list of all the things we like from the tiers and that's become my master list and I just need to replace what we have used up.

I'm quite lucky that my kids will eat reasonably healthly, though my son can be repetitive in what he eats - I worry that he doesn't have enough variety to get all the nutrients he needs through being so picky, having said that he eats so much better than I did at 17. Every meal I had at home came with chips (fries) and I wouldn't eat any vegetables but as I became older (and vegetarian!) I realised the importance and I got better so I'm hoping he'll do the same.
