Day 11 of Insanity - Because I made a commitment to myself.
Struggled to eat my calories today so I'm having a cup of tea and some CHOCOLATE!!!! still had my 5 a day, fibre etc so I'm feeling almost saintly as I sit and eat it, only almost mind!
It was Cardio Recovery today - those lunges and squat pulses kill!
