Day 9 of Insanity - Because I want to move forward, not backward.

Very tired this morning - we had a lovely time at the wedding, it was the first time in over a year that the other half and I had a night out without the kids in toe, it felt a bit strange but it was fun.

I don't know where to start with logging what I ate - I didn't overeat, I stopped when I was full and I didn't have dessert but what I did have was very calorific, as you would expect at a wedding, I did have 1500 calories for yesterday's food so I'm hoping I won't have done too much damage and I had no alcohol. The scales say the same this morning but I know from the past when I had a bad day it took a couple of days to show on the scales so I'll see what tomorrow brings.

Haven't done Insanity yet this morning and I've gotten up too late to do it before church so I'll being doing it this afternoon after my lunch has digested. The good thing about Insanity and calorie counting is I was able to enjoy yesterday and not feel guilty about what I was eating - I will burn the calories I consumed, I'll keep pushing play and I'll have the body I want because I'm in control now - food is fuel, not an emotional crutch or boredom alleviator.

Update: I've logged my food as well as I could and I think I went 352 calories over, even rounding that up to 500, I don't think it's too bad as the only food I actually had full control of was what I had for breakfast.
