I'm too cynical to believe this weight loss could be for good. Come on! I'm loving it though. :)

After an epic stall of 21 days! I've lost 3 lbs this week! Actually ever since end of april i've been losing VERY little weight at a time. The two things i've done differently for the past week or two are:

1. I've given up almost all dairy - I have cheese twice a week and under the 4 oz allowed per day. No cream either. Though I did buy some over the weekend. Might indulge in creamy coffee during the weekend.

2. Almost 3 weeks ago (appoximation) I had a "cheat night". I did it with the worst thing ever too - chocolates. Like 18 pieces. BAD. This was my only cheat since I started atkins early Feb. Had the worst bloating and just ickh.

I've still a ways to go but like I said earlier. I'm happy where I am right now. I look and more importantly feel great. I'm loving my light - 5 days a week yoga practice too. and I hate exercising.

Its 22nd June and i've already started preparing for my b'day (big 30), food wise.

Do not want to be caught un aware. Bought cream cheese, almond meal, slivered almonds, unsweetened cocoa, instant coffee, peppermint essence and splenda - I'll make my own low carb (hopefully no bake) cake y'all! Can't not have cake on my b'day.

I love a good tiramisu cake - so i'll try and conjure up a recipe that "reminds" me of a tiramisu cake. Any help would be appreciated from the culinary gurus on the site.
