Day 4 of Insanity -Because I want to do real push-ups,
I'm aching less than I expected this morning, don't get me wrong, I still hurt but my levels of expectation were obviously very pessimistic after yesterday - mind you I haven't actually done Day 4 yet, still waiting for breakfast to digest.
My family aren't really being very supportive of my exercise - they spend more time mocking my efforts than anything else. I'm doing as much as I'm capable of, which is what you're told to do, but because that is far less than the 'Insanity crew', they find it highly amusing - it's starting to brass me off but it's also making me even more determined to get through it and be 20lbs lighter (I think it will take me 2 rounds because you can't cut too many calories and still have the energy to do the workouts)
