This weekend I spent both days in a recording studio and I am very grateful to Chipotle for a) being nearby and b) having one meal that I can eat and never tire of (carnitas bowl, no rice or beans, with cheese, sour cream, green sauce, and guac), that is low-carb enough for Induction and SO filling! I believe it saved me! There were cookies and chinese food going around, but I was able to resist!! I am hoping I have some loss to report this Friday weigh-in!
