Day 5, and I honestly thought it would be much, much harder to get back on my routine. After jumping into it, it is coming back to me as easily as ever. I feel like my body craved the healthy food and exercise again.

My new goal is another 30 pounds lost by the end of September. This would make an overall weight loss of 70 pounds! I'm so proud of myself for losing 40 before the wedding, and I just absolutely KNOW I can keep going with my efforts. I know I can make this happen! Another 30 pounds lost will put me at 190. The day I am finally under 200 pounds will be such a huge milestone. I haven't been in the 100's since junior high, I think. It's nothing to be proud of. But I know I can reverse this and make myself healthy.
