I finally weighed my-fat-self today. Guess what I have lost an astounding 0.6 lbs in 26 days!
Whoop-di-effing-doo! I can see that i've lost inches on my arms - waist - legs have all shrunk but the scales. Oh I hate them so. are just not budging.

Very demoralized.

I need to think of some sort of new fangled diet plan to help me vary my diet enough to lose weight. All within the confines of low carb dieting. One thing I do love is the atkins way of eating. I feel full and satisfied and unless I feast on carbs there is no way I gain weight - regardless of how much I eat.

Watch this bbc documentary last night - "the men who made us fat". Its really good. Sugar and carbs are def. the enemy. Off to get some shut eye. Tomm will be a better day. I hope.
