I have been lazy the past 2 days and have not woke up on time to work out in the mornings... Ugh. I then spend the whole day mad at myself for not doing it. Tonight though I will get an evening workout in and go to bed early so I can get back on track!
I have been eating to many peanuts and did not have any vegetables yesterday! Cutting out the nuts for a few days and adding plenty of veggies back in...
Only 6 more pounds to go to see 199 on the scale! That is my goal for now... I desperately want to be under 200 pounds!
