It is disappointing that I did not loose weight today - I was up and down the stairs a thousand times and really watched what I ate. Yesterday when I was at Ailie's birthday I did really well. Did not over eat and really stuck to the diet. I feel I will get up and all of a sudden I will have lost a couple of pounds - really thought that would happen today but I will not give up. I feel I am really close to passing one of those points where you are stuck and it would be so easy to give up - just one more day and you would have lost.
