Jeez, did I fall off the no-sugar wagon. I ate 2 candy bars and a bag of gummy bears last week. That's just overly ridiculous. I've decided today, that I will forgo all cane/corn sugar for one month. I did it for almost a year...so, no cane/corn sugar until 7/11. And it's not that I'll just go crazy and start eating sweets on that date. I just want to detox for a month. I know if I can do it for a month, I can do it much longer.
And in other news...I started drinking caffeine again this week. It's such a busy work week and I really need to hyper focus to get all of my crap done that I need to get done - including working late hours. Being out of work for two weeks for my surgery has put me far behind and I'm stressing. Which is probably why I've been eating sweets this week. I like to eat sugary things as comfort food. OK, here I go to get my second cup of coffee here in a wee bit. It'll only be a half-caff.
