Losing weight was so easy for me a few years back. I can still lose weight. Sadly, not at the same pace.
On the positive side I am a relatively strong willed person. I've been on Atkins since 12 Feb and I've lost 41.6 lbs in total and just under 30 lbs on Atkins. In just 4 months.

Is this good?

idk... it didn't feel as good as I'd been behaving like a diet saint the past few months. Well after yet another slow week and my pantry stocked with gourmet chocolates (gift from my sister) I went on a carb binge last night. I could not stop thinking about the chocs - I think I was dreaming about them too. It was getting rather obsessive.

I gave in last night. Had like 8 chocolates and am feeling/looking very bloated this morning. I also managed to smash my RDI - by a whooping 85%. Another new for me! Had like half a roasted chicken after I had effed my diet with the chocs. I said to myself who gives a flying egg at this point. Right?

Anyways I'm hoping this will sort of shock my system into breaking the effing Plateau and not become a bag of cellulite on my non-existant, saggy bottom. Ah my saggy bottom - I would love thee if you weren't so effing uncomfortable to sit on. :)

Back to the point - I've put on 1.4 lbs in one night!!! How is that possible? It takes me 2 weeks to lose a lb and one night to gain 1.4!!! In what universe is that fair? rhetorical.

I'm being overly dramatic. I'm sure i'll lose the poundage I gained by tomorrow. Well I can hope. I did Yoga as soon as I woke up and i'll go for a walk after work. The things I do for vanity. I'm horrible.
