No Steady Sunday this week cause it sure wasn't steady! I was such a bad girl this weekend and yesterday on memorial day, and the scale sure does show it! Up to 193. Time to get back on track and see the 180's. I'm really looking forward to that...
However, I had an awesome weekend with my family, my closest friends, and my boyfriend.
I'd like to think that TOM (which started Sunday) has a little to do with the weight gain. I don't think I did enough damage to gain 3 freakin pounds...It does frustrate me though!!! I didn't go completely buck wild and dive my face into a chocolate cake or anything like that. Let me go over my weekend menu...
Friday night I ate a little bit of chinese food. about 1/2 a cup of fried rice topped with about 1/2 of sweet and sour chicken. Then we went out for drinks. I drank 1 shot of red snapper and 1 ameretto sour. Saturday I ate some of the left over chinese while I was at work all day...about the same portion as Friday night. I also had some white cheddar cheese it's then for dinner saturday night I had some mexican food. Just fajita toppings on a plate...didn't even eat the shells...Sunday I ate cold left over mexican for breakfast (lol i can eat anything for breakfast)...for lunch me and my boyfriend went to this cute little resturant called the whistle stop cafe and we shared an appetizer of fried green tomatos and I had a lemonade. And for dinner Sunday night I had half of a turkey sandwich. Monday I had the other half of my turkey sandwhich for breakfast. Then for lunch went to my family's house and we BBQ'd. I ate grilled chicken breast, corn on the cob, and baked beans...BUT I did have 2 ice cream cones (but they were very small)...I know I didn't do great and the scale is obviously showing it and I feel so bloated! I'm so frustrated with myself. For me today is going to be lots of walking with Brooke and eating only salad and I'll have some steamed fish and veggies for dinner. I think I'll also go to the gym later this evening. Anyhow, here is a picture of me and Todd outside of the whistle stop cafe.
