Friday. Yea!!
I'm up early ... my head feels sort of 'off' but hopefully I'll be okay today. After spending a good part of the day in bed my sleep was rather restless last night. I really hope I feel okay ... I have lots to do at work!!
Inadvertently I did have a low calorie day!! And so a dip in the scale. I'm hoping to keep my calorie intake reasonable today as well. Hubby and I are hoping to go out on Saturday.
FIL had his oral surgery yesterday. Having a difficult time getting him off of the ventilator. Every time they try to take him off of it his heart goes haywire. They will try again tomorrow. Hospital called us last night. FIL wrote an 'urgent' note to call my hubby. The urgency? He wanted my hubby to call fake MIL. The phone call stirred up a lot of emotion. Difficult times for my hubby. We'll see what today brings. Hubby will go see FIL today. His open heart surgery could still be 9 weeks out!!
Coffee is done brewing, now it is time to get on my elliptical and shake a leg!!
