I love salmon. Smoked, canned, grilled, sashimi or baked. I want to make these smoked salmon and cream cheese rolls!

Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I hope the week did me good! I think I am in ketosis, but I have not verified it.

I just looked at your journal, I bet you are in ketosis. Low carbs for the last 6 days 👍 Good job!

Remember keep those carbs under 20 or you'll kick yourself out of ketosis!
