Okay today is the last day of no standard exercise, back to it tomorrow. You know now that I have done it consistently for the last 4 months I have been frustrated the last few day to not be able to do it. I just really hope that not being able to exercise doesn't mean I gained weight. If it does, I will work to take it back off.

The other thing is that when I was in the Dr. office today their scale showed me 6 pounds heavier than I am. I like my scale better. =)
