today's meals:
breakfast- scrambled egg with cheese and black coffee (even though I'm supposed to be dairy free!!) lunch- pilchards, tomato dinner- roasted veggies
snacks- a few handfuls of keto muesli, half an apricot, 4 chips. I'm doing better on not sampling my kids leftovers.
bonus of being January-poor is eating less because I have less 😂 trying to stretch our groceries to feed my big family (4 children) - it helps if I eat less 😉
