I checked my weight this morning, same as last Sunday, a little frustrating since I have upped the exercise quite a bit but I will also take it in stride since Christmas was on Monday and we have had a couple of goodies. We are having Christmas with my mother in law today. Vacation is nice but I don't know what day it is, lol.

it's okay, just keep encourage and focus on your intake, make sure you don't go over, we can do this, Stay Encourage.

Do you take your measurements. I found when I stalled in weight loss I was STILL loosing inches.
