It's been a long time but I jogged for about 5 minutes today, and my knees don't hurt so maybe I can gradually ease into it again. Here's hoping.

What did you do to your knee that it was hurting?

When I was young I grew 7 inches in one year and my knees didn't keep up. I have had one knee surgery already on my left knee and my right knee gives out frequently. But I haven't "fallen" yet from it giving out so I am always trying to strengthen them.
