Last night, I slipped up a bit. It was another midnight visit to the fridge. I didn't go quite as overboard as I usually would have, so that's good. But still...this NEEDS TO STOP. It only happens because I'm so groggy when I wake up in the middle of the night...and don't have enough self control to tell myself no. Tonight will be a different story. I hope.

Try doing something ridiculous to snap you out of it in the middle of the night. Like take some masking tape? duct tape? and tape your fridge door shut. I know when I get tired I have trouble saying no to the deliciousness that is inside my fridge - so I go to bed and then I'm fine. But if you're waking up in the middle of the night and are too tired to have self control, you need some physical barrier to snap you out of it. Good luck :)
