Last night, I slipped up a bit. It was another midnight visit to the fridge. I didn't go quite as overboard as I usually would have, so that's good. But still...this NEEDS TO STOP. It only happens because I'm so groggy when I wake up in the middle of the night...and don't have enough self control to tell myself no. Tonight will be a different story. I hope.
