My body really responds to eating bfast, eating right, not eating at night and exercising. The 5lbs I have lost since coming back on here are motivation for me to keep going. I should be due for my period which I do gain 5lbs with but I will remember that when I weigh in and still strive to do better.

Cravings seem to be only really bad after 8pm. That sucks. Its hard to say no to myself. I look at the weight loss and say, this is more important..I want that loss more than any food. My husband has to buy a dvd to put the walk away the lbs on, my copy is bad. So until then I have been doing a little kettleball and denise austins 10min workout. Maybe today I will go on youtube and look up walk away the pounds and do it with my computer.

Goals

My goal was and will remain 2lbs per week.
But...in 12 days we have our adoption dinner and I would love to me down to 175. That would be awesome!
I am shooting the toby mac skillet concert this saturday so I would at least like to be 179 by then. Maybe I will start to fit into some of my old(yet new) jeans soon.
No eating after 8pm.
No fast food other than subway.
Exercise everyday.
