Today was my time to get weighed and measured at Curves, my results from Feb. 13 to today are: Total inches loss 8.75, weight loss 2 pounds, total Body Fat loss 0.90%, total body fat loss in pounds, 2.55 pounds. My BMI has dropped from 32.44 to 32.09, not a lot but it is in the right direction.
