UGH!!! I wrote a journal but when I hit "save" it disappeared!! And it was so positive, uplifting, and full of kindness!!! LOL!!!
I'm good though truly. Depending on which number I choose to believe I weighed anywhere from 206.8 to 208 this morning. Actually I settled on the 207.8 because it seemed to be the most consistent. Steak and grilled veggies again tonight.
We've blue skies and sunshine ... but unfortunately I am here in the office typing away trying to catch up on my paperwork. Soon though I will sneak away and steal some rays.

Again, Carol? Oh boy, this one sounds like i was a good one. It appears that you've made a huge dent in your backlog though. Kudos for that. I'm way behind you.

I have used the back button trick before but this was something to do with my work computer and it wouldn't let me do that!!! ARGH!!! Oh well. Such is life. It is so nice here when I got home I sat out front in the sun and got too hot!!! LOL!!! One extreme to the other round here folks!!
