Sunday with Sunshine!!! That is good.

Weight UP. 208.6. Gotta love those flucting fluctuations. I did eat breakfast out but did not have toast, hashbrowns, biscuits, pancakes. Nope. Stuck to PROTEIN with an omelet an a side of bacon. Had a roasted chicken breast and thigh for lunch. Finished up with steak and grilled veggies (green beans, bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, and baby red potatoes) and my one cup of decaf in the evening. Sodium??? I guess because other than the 2 Miller 64's I drank and the fact I ate a meal out I really didn't do much of anything different yesterday. Certainly couldn't be categorized as an indulgence day. Frustrating.

Needing to get busy with my brain and come up with a training agenda covering reflective practice home visiting priniciples to share with a new program we've contracted with in Southern Idaho. I have less than a month to get ready and must stop procrastinating. Today? Will my inspiration begin today??? Let's hope so!!!

I believe another cup of coffee is in order .... AND ... elliptical. Though I may need to make breakfast for the hubby first. He has requested a bacon sandwich this morning. Me? Oh ... probably the same old scrambled eggs I have most mornings. I'll skip the bacon since I had some yesterday.

I bet the Miller 64's caused it. No worries, once they get through your system that uptick will go back down. Great job staying away from all those carbs! That can be really hard to do. In my experience, once I start with carbs it's really hard for me to quit or cut down.

Hate when the scale doesn't tell the story of the hard work. I am thrilled for the sunshine though!!!! Keep your chin up my friend...one bite at a time.

Happy Monday Carol. Hope your day is as awesome as you are. We are due to get some snow today - go figure - crazy weather. Sorry your scale sucks! I think a good kick (at it) is in order but put your boots on first.

You're doing well... keep up the good work. I find sodium makes some huge fluctuations for me. If I'd just not let it discourage me, I'd probably stay on target better. Sunshine helps a huge amount. Would be nice to see some around these parts!
