My unofficial weight this morning was 117.5kg.
My Monday fast day was a success despite having to watch a sad episode of The Walking Dead without anything to munch on! lol!
I haven't been to gym since last Thursday and I noticed that my appetite and hunger yesterday and today was much lower. I can safely say that the increased physical activity does increase my appetite and hunger so I need to ensure I solve this problem.
