19 Days to go on being 100% extremely strict with my diet. If I can pull it off I can have a massive slice of Lemon Meringue or Two Big Slices of Choc brownie (pnp)

Yeah I know. Weight isn't my focus. Its body fat percentage. I'm trying to drop 14% before properly bulking up.Already using an amazing Hypertrophy Program, The Rock Workout. Which increases weights each week, Each month it resets at a higher weight.That cheat meal is still only post workout
