Pumped!
Last night my Husband and I went looking at a couple of houses (so much fun!) and my little one had soccer practice, so we needed to have a very fast diner. I wanted Subway (you can always make a healthy choice at Subway) but my Husband really wanted burgers (we haven't had take out burgers in a long time, because of me lol) so I figured I would give in and get our family burgers for dinner. I am pretty proud of myself for how I well I did. I ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings and only ate about half the cheese burger and about 6 or 7 onion rings and just under half of my strawberry shake, I was full and didn't want to feel full and greasy to go look at houses, so I gave the rest of my food to my Husband, who of course had no problems wolfing down his food and mine.
I felt really proud of myself. I was kinda scared at first but I'm so determined and motivated to change my life and my old bad habits and life style that it turned out to be a breeze. The food didn't even taste as good as I remember it tasting, so I had no trouble stopping when I had enough. Phew! Next time I come to that challenge again I won't be nervous because I know I can overcome it!
Up a bit today (0.4 lbs) no worries because I know I got this! I will be joining the 200 club very soon, pumped!
