I will be fifty-eight this month and for practically my entire life felt that I was overweight. What a waste. It is ironic that I felt overweight at 180, and 220, and now am 345. Should I have felt thin back then? I have type II diabetes and of course it is having a marked effect upon me. Begining this journal and process again (yes again) is an act of hope. Is a futile one? What is left for me?
