I am not sure if it's luck or just being way to busy but my snacking has been way down. A big part I think is because I have been in way to many meetings so not at my desk to even remotely think about food. When I do think about it it is actually lunch time and if I am in luck I am close being able to eat, or not. Oh well, hoping it continues to work out in my favor.
