I did the same--off for a year! I didn't realize it had been that long until I came back, and I'd regained 20 pounds. I'm on it now. I got this. YOU got this. We'll do it together! I just read your profile and oh, do I like your spirit and outlook on life :)

I gained quite a bit back myself and it's a struggle this time of year. It is still a great time to put on the brakes. We can all benefit by sticking together. Hugs!

Here I am again. Another month gone with no progress on my side. I just can't seem to get the switch back on. I ordered a new Fitbit today. Maybe that will help? New year, new me???

Thanks, Patty. I said I'd start back today, for real. The holidays are passed. I just need to get back to the mind-set I was in a few years ago when I was losing. The only saving grace? I didn't gain it all back, plus some, like I used to do. I'll count that as a small success.
