So my day didn't go as planned.

Usually my Tuesdays are a low carb day but today I took my sister for her 4D scan of her baby and then we ended up at Bur ger King for lunch with my mom and bro.

Not going to be able to get to the gym today either as I have alot of stuff to do. I'll just make today a rest day and then make tomorrow a gym day :)

This won't be a total loss. I'm going to do my best not to exceed my RDI and try to stay under 150g of carbs.

Still expecting to see a drop on the scale on Thursday morning but if not then I'll move my weigh-in to Friday and keep my Thursday as a low carb day.

Sometimes we need to adjust according to life's many disruptions.
