Today I went for a walk, we had sunshine and blue skies, went for a 3.3 mile walk, 6,409 steps, took about 1 hour. It felt really good. I can hardly wait for the nice weather to be here, every day.

Good for you! I see you are part of the challenge but on a different team than I am. I walked further today than I have this season an also felt great. HCB

Great job on the walking..I think my knee is well enough to start up again..slow and steady and then more as it gets stronger..I am on the green team this time..Good luck to you...:O)
