So much snow could hardly get the outside doors open! I have to get warm clothes on and get out to clear off the truck and then see about getting some of it cleared. Had a breakfast of WW cereal with 1/2 banana, 2 teaspoons flax seed, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and will have 1 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water when I get back inside. Heard they were all good to lower blood sugar levels so my New Years resolution is to have it all each day. Will let you know in a month's time if blood sugar is lower.
