Up 1/2 lbs after the weekend but it is a new week and I'm focused and ready to push forward towards my new goal of 145. No boot camp cycling classes for 2 weeks and the fitness center is closed until Thursday so I will need to motivate myself and am limited to riding my bike on the trainer for the first part of this week. Working in a college town has its disadvantages....everything closes down over spring break - wish I got spring break!
